Can I use PadiMail now?
Not yet. We're building it now. Join the waitlist and we'll invite you to the beta, starting with the developer API.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Once your account is verified, you can send from a sender name on our shared domains, like acme-store@notify.padimail.app, with replies going to your own email. When you're ready, add your own domain and we'll guide you through the DNS records.
How do I pay?
In naira, with Paystack: card, bank transfer or USSD. You can buy prepaid credits or subscribe to a monthly plan, and every payment comes with a VAT invoice. No dollar card needed.
I use Resend today. How hard is it to switch?
Our API is Resend-compatible. Change two environment variables, the base URL and the API key, and keep your code. Changing them back returns you to Resend.
Why do you verify who I am?
Shared sending domains are only as good as the people sending from them. Checking identity (NIN, and CAC for businesses) keeps spammers out, so everyone's email reaches the inbox.
What can't I send?
Email to people who didn't agree to hear from you: no bought, rented or scraped lists. Marketing email always carries an unsubscribe link, and we pause sending automatically when bounces or spam complaints rise.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Your emails wait instead of failing, and send as soon as your limit resets or you top up. For one-time codes you can choose to fail fast instead, so your app can fall back to SMS.
