Acceptable Use Policy

The full policy is being finalised and will be published here before general launch. These rules apply now.

In short

  • No phishing: nothing that asks people for passwords, PINs, OTPs or BVNs, or pretends to be another brand.
  • No scams: advance-fee offers, guaranteed investment returns, crypto doubling, paid job offers or lottery wins.
  • No adult content, unlicensed gambling, weapons, drugs or hate speech.
  • Only email people who agreed to hear from you, and honour every unsubscribe.
  • We may hold an email for review, reject it, or pause sending. Every pause tells you why and how to appeal.
  • To appeal a decision, contact us with the email's ID. A different person from the one who made the decision reviews it.
